Terms & Conditions

YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE BE AWARE OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY OUR SERVICES AS THESE TERMS ARE UPDATED ON WEBSITE. NO SEPARATE INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED.

  • These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of Services by Us to the Customer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Customer.
 
  • Inappropriate behavior. We do not tolerate inappropriate behavior towards Us or our cleaners that harasses, intimidates, threatens or uses fear (either verbally, written or physical) by the Customer, this includes explicit language, racism and defamatory remarks. We will take whatever action is necessary (including legal action) against any person who is involved in threatening or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to terminate any Services immediately without refund. You and the Customer agree to this and agree that you have no such claim to receive any refund.
 
  • OUR BOND CLEANING OR END OF LEASE OR MOVE OUT 48 Hours Guarantee(means if agent or property manager inspected the property within 48 hours of clean and client reported us within that time period and no other person or business visited the property after the cleaning has been completed) only covers the areas you have chosen to use our services .

Our Move out / End of lease cleaning package includes:

* LOUNGE/BEDROOM/HALLWAY AND STAIR:

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Dust and wipe skirting boards
  • Clean cupboard inside/out
  • Clean Switchboards
  • Window inside and window sills 

* KITCHEN:

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean Stove top and range hood
  • Clean splash back
  • Clean Oven and Grill (including racks)
  • Clean cupboard interior and exterior
  • Clean Switchboards
  • Dust and wipe skirting boards
  • Vacuum and Mop floor
  • Wipe bench top

* WINDOWS:

  • Clean windows inside and window sills from inside

* CARPET:

  • vacuuming and Steam clean Carpet

* BATHROOM/TOILET/LAUNDRY:

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean shower screen
  • Clean shower recess
  • Clean vanity
  • Clean mirror
  • Clean bathtub
  • Clean cupboard interior and exterior
  • Clean Switchboards
  • Dust and wipe skirting boards
  • Vacuum and Mop floor

“Optional cleaning at extra cost.”

  • Clean Microwave inside and out.
  • Clean Refrigerator inside and out.
  • Clean dishwasher , fans , windows outside , wall marks , Blinds , balcony , garage, doors  or any other item that is not mentioned in the basic package is optional and will cost extra if added to the list.

It is understood some items will be subject to wear and tear, and some items may be unable to be cleaned due to long-term or excessive exposure or contact with a build up of grime, in these instances, if identified no warranty will apply to these areas or items.

Mold:

We do our best to remove mold from areas however mold can be embedded into silicon, grout and other areas. These areas will require a specialist to restore back to a normal state.

Damp spots can happen anywhere in the house, often the ‘dry wall’ plaster can be affected. We will do our best to remove any mold and marks from Damp spots however we can’t completely make these spots disappear. These marks can return quickly due to excess moisture.

Wall Clean:

We spot clean the walls for insect marks and  hand marks etc 

We do not guarantee any wall marks or discolouration 

We Do not clean ceilings.

We don’t clean garage walls or pressure wash the garage.

We do not clean any cupboards which are occupied with items or any item occupied drawer.

We clean windows outside only where we can (example we don’t do  high reach windows or where it is dangerous to do so)

Our 48 hours bond  cleaning or end of lease cleaning or move out cleaning guarantee means we will come back without any charge to re clean any item or area we missed or not cleaned if the property inspection done within 48 hours of cleaning completed and informed by the customer within that time with a letter from real estate in writing. No verbal complaints or re clean requests will be accepted.

Important Info:
  • House Cleaning Geelong provides all quotations at the time of booking, or fixed/variable price on information given by you.
  • At the time of the booking the customer must provide details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt, grease or grime existing at the premises.
  • The customer agrees to pay the price quoted by House Cleaning Geelong in full prior to or at the Service Time, unless otherwise agreed in advance with House Cleaning Geelong.
  • The payment is to be made in cash at the beginning of the service unless otherwise agreed by us. The customer is obligated to make this payment before the cleaning team starts the service.
  • If a bank transfer payment has been agreed, this has to be completed no later than 24 hours prior to the service appointment. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if no payment has been received.
  • If no payment has been received by the service time, the House Cleaning Geelong will use reasonable endeavors to contact the customer for payment. In the event that House Cleaning Geelong cannot contact the customer or the customer will be deemed to have cancelled the service, the Customer must pay any cancellation fees or charges set out below under cancellation fees.
  • If the customer is dissatisfied for any reason with the service provided, it must inform House Cleaning Geelong within 24 hours of completion of the Service. House Cleaning Geelong strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and will endeavor to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.
